Since 1819, the Union congregation has been providing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to St. Clair County. Our present congregation is the result of a merger in 1950 of two churches, and we have been on our site for 60 years now! In 1998, we committed to the downtown area, instead of moving to the "suburbs" where growth would be easier. Our mission to the city and county was paramount in our decision.

To that vision, we have committed over $5 million in new, updated facilities the past 10 years, and are currently planning some interior remodeling to make our facility the finest for ministry.
