Why Set Aside Two Hours a Week?

Worship, study, and fellowship are all essential to growing in the Christian life.

The following information will tell you more about the classes currently being offered in our Study and Fellowship Hour and other times throughout the week. Each of them is designed to help learn more about your faith, while creating a sense of community and belonging among our members. Through Study and Fellowship Hour you will grow as a Christian while making new friends in your faith.

We’re challenging every member of our church to Raise the Standard of their Christian Life by committing two hours to God during the week—one in worship, and the other study and fellowship group!

Adult Christian Education Classes

"The Quest" Sunday Class The Quest Sunday Class studies a variety life issues and how the Bible applies to them.	Wesley Fellowship Sunday Class The Wesley Fellowship class uses the International Standard Bible Lesson each week to help them study in depth all of the books of the Bible.
Seekers Sunday Class The Seeker Sunday Class serves a wide range of ages with the common goal of searching for meaning in their lives.	Forum Sunday Class The Forum Class is an exciting and lively group that brings many guest speakers in to lead the class.
Monday Sack Lunch and Bible Study Join us in the Krause Meeting Room off the church offices for a wonderful journey into the scriptures.	Adult Membership Class At various times throughout the year, Adult Membership classes are held for those interested in joining Union UMC.

Junior and Senior High Sunday School and Things To Do

Junior High School Class Join the Junior High School kids and Julia Simms for learning about God in a fun atmosphere.	Senior High School Class Join our Senior High School Class and our team of teachers for videos and in-depth discussions.
Youth Choir Our Union Youth Choir includes Junior and Senior Highs who like to sing. Come join in!	Confirmation Class In Union UMC ‘s Confirmation Class, students learn about the United Methodist Church and the Christian theological tradition in order to profess their ultimate faith in Christ.

Childrens Sunday School and Other Fun Things

Sunday School Singing Join the kids in Sunday School Singing. A great way to make a joyful noise to the Lord.	Preschool Sunday School Class Our Preschool Sunday School Class is a great way to introduce your child to learning about God.
Kindergarten Class In our Kindergarten Class, your child learns more stories from the Bible about Jesus, Moses, Mary, and much more.	First and Second Grade Class The First and Second Grade Class learn the Books of the Bible and the 23rd Psalm each year along with many other Bibical lessons.
Third and Fourth Grade Class Join our third and fourth graders as they learn more about Jesus and the Bible.	Fifth and Sixth Grade Class Our fifth and sixth graders study Bible stories to a greater depth as their understanding increases.
Junior Church Junior Church is offered during both worship services for kids ages K - 4th grade.	Joyful Noise Children's Choir Union UMC enjoys the songs of the Joyful Noise childrens choir throughout the year.
Kings Kids Childrens Choir The Kings Kids childrens choir is for ages three through Kindergarten. The children love to sing and show God's love through praise.
